IN2AC6 Months. One Startup.

Membership → How it Works

Two phases, two rhythms

Months 1–3 (Incubation) run on a fixed weekly rhythm: a 2-hour Saturday guidance meeting and a 2-hour Sunday mentor workshop. Months 4–6 (Acceleration) shift to 1:1 mentorship and hands-on execution — see the Roadmap page for that phase in full.

Incubation — guidance meetings, every Saturday (4–6pm)

One topic a week, in sequence, across the 12 weeks of Incubation — from first ideation through to traction and scaling up.

Then Acceleration — a different rhythm

Fixed meetings give way to 1:1 execution

Once Incubation's Demo Day is behind you, the weekly Saturday/Sunday rhythm ends. Acceleration runs on one-to-one mentorship and hands-on execution instead — building your MVP, formalizing your business plan, forming the company, and finding your first customer, on the way to an Elevator Pitch in front of real investors.
